Dr Osunsanya is a licensed Medical Practitioner who is also on the General Medical Council’s (GMC) Specialist Register.  He is a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM), Association of National Health Occupational Physicians (ANHOPS), and is a registered medical examiner for Oil and Gas UK (OGUK).  Prior to becoming the CEO, he was the Medical Director Occupational Health Services for International SOS in the UK. Before joining International SOS, he was the Medical Director of RS Occupational Health, a role that he took up in July 2008 after a 5-year spell working as an NHS Consultant Occupational Physician in the English Midlands. His experience before appointment as an NHS Consultant was drawn from a variety of industries to include the textile, food, heavy engineering and automobile sectors as well as the civil service. He holds an MBA degree and his thesis was titled 'the strategic implications of the ageing workforce on business: how prepared is the oil and gas industry?'

Dr Adejoro is a licensed Medical Practitioner who is also on the General Medical Council’s (GMC) Specialist Register.  She is a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM), Association of National Health Occupational Physicians (ANHOPS), Association of Local Authority Medical Advisers (ALAMA) and is a registered medical examiner for Oil and Gas UK (OGUK).  She worked as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Birmingham where she obtained a Master of Medical Sciences (MMedSci) degree in Occupational Health and was the Force Medical Adviser to Derbyshire Constabulary. She has been working independently in both the public and private sectors, as a Consultant Occupational Health Physician, since 2006.
